I was swept up by Tom's story. I wished it would go on, so I could follow him and Annie to the farm, learn more about his brother. The human tenderness of everyone's interactions touches me the most. Thank you for writing

Toni, thank you so much. Honestly your attentive reading and responses help me keep-showing-up. Yes, it’s a challenge to write a gentler story, which also contains the elements of drama which propel us forward. I’m intrigued that you want to know more of these characters too. Maybe some more stories there? Thank you.

Kirstie, I resonated so strongly with your decision to go back to posting twice a month. I have been feeling that once a week is too much too, for the very same reason you shared! I feel like this is the nod I needed

Toni, yes. I absolutely enjoyed the experiment of posting weekly, and yes, it’s too much 😍. The slower rhythm of allowing an idea to form and expand takes time, and less posting allows a lightness as well as a deeper attention? And plus: work, being outside, mucking around, listening.

Yes to all of this. I love this platform and what it offers, and at the same time, I want to be out in the world living, being, seeing, listening, experiencing.

"Less posting allows a lightness as well as a deeper attention"- yes!
